If you want the best meal in Alentejo, then do not hesitate in coming to this incredible restaurant. It is a two minute walk from the train station so you can catch the train from Lisbon. It's a family run operation in the middle of a very simple Village. Try the pork and fries and don't worry about how much it's gonna cost because no matter how much you think it's going to cost it will probably be less. THE BEST

A beautiful place, well decorated and with a fireplace. The food is delicious and abundant and the house specialty desserts are exceptional. The staff is very attentive and friendly.

A very well hidden gem! Truly Portuguese feel, with authentic food very true to the best portuguese produce. Only 5 options on the menu, but all extraordinarily flavourful. Individual portions big enough for two and staff very efficient and welcoming. Value for money with an average of 13 per person with starter, main course, wine and coffee! Highly recommend
